Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Experience Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and mentor a team of representatives, addressing conflicts and providing constructive resolutions
  • Develop and modify training initiatives to support performance standards and member satisfaction
  • Handle and de-escalate member inquiries while resolving difficult customer issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a two-year college degree or relevant work experience
  • Current Pharmacy Technician Certification
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Motivated to understand pharmacy benefit management and pharmaceutical drugs
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve member inquiries and issues
