A company is looking for a Member Experience Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and mentor a team of representatives, addressing conflicts and providing constructive resolutions
- Develop and modify training initiatives to support performance standards and member satisfaction
- Handle and de-escalate member inquiries while resolving difficult customer issues
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a two-year college degree or relevant work experience
- Current Pharmacy Technician Certification
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Motivated to understand pharmacy benefit management and pharmaceutical drugs
- Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve member inquiries and issues
