Job Summary
A company is looking for a Phone Audit Supervisor to manage the workflow of audits assigned to an auditor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage field audit team and assess auditor's performance
- Assign work to auditors to ensure adequate workload and provide technical support
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and create Performance Improvement Plans
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation and General Liability rules
- 3 years' experience as an auditor
- Familiarity with audit procedures for multiple states
- Ability to manage a team and work independently
- Competent use of spreadsheets, word processing, and email
