QA Automation Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Automation Lead to enhance quality engineering practices and test automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a comprehensive QA Automation strategy for a fully automated CI/CD pipeline
• Act as the primary QA leader, mentoring team members and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards
• Establish and track KPIs to continuously improve release quality, test coverage, and defect rates

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/Dev experience, including 2+ years in a senior or lead QA role
• Deep hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks such as RSpec, Cypress, Playwright, and Vitest
• Proven track record in building automation pipelines integrated with CI/CD tools
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including JavaScript, React, and HTML/HAML
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices
