Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the governance and operations of the PMO to ensure successful project delivery

- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a PMO
- PMP Certification or equivalent is required
- Proven track record of enhancing PMO operations and methodologies
- Experience with HRIS and familiarity with system integrations is a plus
