Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Project Management Office with Payroll PMO experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of project managers
Qualifications, Education, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role within a PMO
  • PMP Certification or equivalent is required
  • Proven track record of enhancing PMO operations and methodologies
  • Experience with HRIS and familiarity with system integrations is a plus
