Job Summary
A company is looking for a Construction Project Manager to oversee enterprise-wide construction projects and implement project management methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and budget constraints
- Define project roles and responsibilities, acting as the owner's representative during construction meetings
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and manage change control processes to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing complex construction projects
- PMP certification preferred
- Detailed knowledge of PMBOK and project management best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, and other relevant software tools
