Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Project Manager to manage and implement projects within the Division of Benefit Programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, coordinate, and implement division projects and system changes
- Evaluate and analyze business processes for integration into enterprise systems
- Provide technical assistance and data analytics support for program staff
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Extensive knowledge of Human Services Programs and local department operations
- Experience in the analysis, design, and implementation of large automated systems
- Experience with the full life-cycle development of information systems
- Knowledge of current change management methods and tools
- Professional Project Management (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
