Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, optimization, and scaling of systems and tools, including onboarding and integration of new solutions
• Manage end-to-end rollout of new tools, including requirements, technical integrations, training, and change management
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to support platform adoption and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical program management experience, preferably in creative or technical environments
• Experience with onboarding and integrating tools like Snowflake and JIRA
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Asana
• Self-motivated and capable of operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
