Senior Technical Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Technical Program Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of experienced TPMs
• Drive project execution and remove obstacles to ensure successful outcomes across multiple teams
• Define and track metrics for quality and performance while communicating program status and risks to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of leadership experience within software teams as a Manager of TPM or development
• Proven experience leading distributed TPM and engineering teams
• Experience delivering complex programs across different organizational groups
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and common software development tools
