Senior Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager - Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical programs of medium to large cross-organizational scope from end to end
• Measure, track and report on success metrics for programs, including major risks
• Drive, facilitate and close technical discussions to unblock program outcomes

Required Qualifications

• A technical background preferably with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• 5-7 years of leadership experience on software teams as a program manager
• Experience working with teams that are experiment focused
• Experience leading projects spanning multiple teams in multiple time zones
• Modern SaaS architecture, development, and operational experience
