Post Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Post Processor to manage homeowner applications and facilitate investment closings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a pipeline of homeowner applications for processing
• Obtain supplemental information from homeowners and coordinate with third-party vendors for underwriting assessments
• Communicate with the Sales team and coordinate with the Signing and Funding team for closing and funding of investments

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance operations, compliance, or similar roles
• Experience in roles where success is measured by accuracy and efficiency
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and issue escalation
• Strong computer skills, preferably with Salesforce experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
