Key Responsibilities

• Operations and maintenance of the Enterprise Infrastructure, including upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• Provide on-site technical support solutions to ensure customer satisfaction with Microsoft software
• Act as a subject matter expert for Shared Services, offering guidance on SharePoint application development projects

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required
• Minimum 8 years of experience in providing on-site technical support solutions
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
