Job Summary
A company is looking for a Pre-Award Grants Manager to oversee pre- and post-award grants management within the School of Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide policy guidance and assistance with proposal development and compliance requirements
- Analyze and manage budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with sponsor terms and conditions
- Collaborate with Principal Investigators and central administrative offices to ensure application submissions meet all requirements
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in pre- and post-award management
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business is preferred; a combination of education and experience may be considered
- Experience managing complex research awards with various sponsors
- Intermediate Excel skills are required
- Oracle Financial Unit Manager (FUM) and Procurement training is preferred
