Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver product demos and technical discovery conversations
- Translate complex compensation workflows into clear, value-driven product solutions
- Support RFP responses and help define pre-sales best practices
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or technical sales, preferably in B2B SaaS or HR Tech
- Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer dynamics
- Ability to quickly learn domain-specific topics like compensation and HRIS integrations
- Comfortable in a startup environment and self-directed
- Reputation for being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable with cross-functional teams
