  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and buyer dynamics
  • Ability to quickly learn domain-specific topics like compensation and HRIS integrations
  • Comfortable in a startup environment and self-directed
  • Reputation for being collaborative, innovative, accountable, and reliable with cross-functional teams
