Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, assess, and implement organizational management projects, policies, and procedures
- Identify business process improvement projects and recommend efficiencies to management
- Conduct cost/benefit evaluations on various internal and external resources
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
- 3 years of technical or operational experience
- Database reporting skills utilizing Access, Cognos, and data warehouse
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, managing multiple projects
