Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Premium Accounting Coordinator, Accounting Service and Resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service to internal and external customers via the call center
- Independently resolve customer inquiries timely and accurately while maintaining strong relationships
- Complete processes and maintain records according to standard operating procedures and internal controls
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
- Experience in premium accounting, customer service, brokerage, or other insurance-related functions is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume position with a customer service focus
- Organizational skills and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a remote team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
