Principal AI Research Scientist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal AI Research Scientist (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the research, design, building, and maintenance of predictive models in a production environment
• Partner with stakeholders to leverage company data for business solutions and communicate with clients for feedback
• Research and implement new AI technologies and methodologies to enhance product development and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Predictive Modeling in the healthcare sector, with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
• Experience in software development and collaboration across teams
• Solid understanding of probability theory, statistics, machine learning, and optimization
• Advanced degree (Ph.D. or M.S.) in Operations Research, Analytics, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• Professional experience with programming languages such as Python and SQL for data manipulation
