A company is looking for a Principal Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop team members while overseeing multiple concurrent projects/programs
- Perform process verification/validation audits and present actionable recommendations
- Support business teams in identifying and delivering significant business improvements through process improvement methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Seven years of experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas
- Continuous learning and progress toward relevant certification is highly preferred
- Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
- Working knowledge of project management disciplines and methods, as well as proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS
