Principal Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members while overseeing multiple concurrent projects/programs
• Perform process verification/validation audits and present actionable recommendations
• Support business teams in identifying and delivering significant business improvements through process improvement methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, health care, information systems, statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Seven years of experience in a related field, typically in two subject areas
• Continuous learning and progress toward relevant certification is highly preferred
• Formal training in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Working knowledge of project management disciplines and methods, as well as proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and SAS
