A company is looking for a Principal Graphics Engineer responsible for developing rendering systems and features.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to design and implement rendering systems
- Extend existing rendering systems to enhance functionality for content teams
- Optimize rendering code for console platforms and research new real-time rendering techniques
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in computer science or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of rendering programming experience, with at least 2 AAA console games shipped
- Strong C++ programming ability and expert knowledge of HLSL/PSSL
- Experience with CPU and GPU profiling tools and Visual Studio
- Solid understanding of real-time rendering techniques and performance constraints
