Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, Ads Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design AI-powered systems to address Ads Quality challenges and optimize ad processes
• Define and own the Ads Quality technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring scalability and performance
• Mentor and empower junior engineers while fostering a collaborative engineering culture

Required Qualifications

• PhD in AI/ML or related field, or equivalent experience
• 15+ years of experience as a software and/or ML engineer
• Proven track record of building production-grade ML systems at a global scale
• Experience leading technical discussions and mentoring engineering talent
• Hands-on expertise in building large-scale AI/ML systems
