Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer, Public Web.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design vision for the public web experience, enhancing storytelling and product pathways for customer acquisition
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Brand teams to create visually appealing and effective user experiences
• Mentor designers and elevate the quality of craft and collaboration within the team

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of product design experience, particularly in web and marketing sites
• A portfolio showcasing exceptional interaction design and a strong viewpoint on brand and product integration
• Experience leading high-impact projects that blend brand storytelling and product utility
• Strong systems thinking with experience in shaping design direction over time
• Deep understanding of performance marketing principles and modern web development constraints
