Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principle Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate the creative bar across platform apps and global navigation through visual, interaction, and systems design
• Set design direction and vision by crafting cohesive and visually engaging designs that balance function and form
• Collaborate with other designers and cross-functional partners to harmonize design components and drive visual cohesion

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product design, particularly in Enterprise SaaS or scalable design solutions
• Exceptional skills in visual design principles, including grids, layout, typography, color, and composition
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to align business and technical decisions with user experience
• Track record of coaching and mentoring designers to enhance craft quality
• Familiarity with design systems and proficiency in Figma and prototyping software
