Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer, AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the strategic vision for significant portions of the AI agent platform, influencing product roadmaps
• Lead the integration of advanced prototyping methods and champion novel research approaches to uncover user needs
• Coach and develop senior product designers while establishing content design standards for AI interactions

Required Qualifications

• Extensive product design experience, ideally in complex B2B SaaS applications or AI/ML products
• Proven ability to define vision and tackle ambiguous problems
• Experience in leading complex initiatives from conception to launch
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methodologies
• Ability to influence cross-organizational teams and executive leadership
