Principal Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead design efforts for a multi-agent AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Define UX strategy for a multi-agent AI system, focusing on experiences for merchants, marketers, and shoppers
• Lead end-to-end design across high-impact projects, including complex admin tooling and knowledge systems
• Shape the structure and standards of the design organization, contributing to product and company strategy

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in designing complex software, preferably in AI or SaaS environments
• Ability to think across multiple levels of abstraction, from UI patterns to high-level orchestration
• Experience with Lean UX, user research, and post-launch iteration
• Strong visual design skills with a focus on hierarchy and clarity
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and balance experimentation with systemization
