Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to set the strategic direction and lead the market success of its Capital product in the U.S.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, P&L outcomes, and execution for Capital, driving merchant adoption and sustainable growth
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance product-driven metrics through design and customer insights
• Lead a dedicated engineering squad to prioritize and ensure timely delivery of capital product flows

Required Qualifications

• Proven success in fintech, specifically in launching or scaling innovative financial solutions or SaaS products
• Experience in leading and shipping technical products in regulated domains or financial services
• Strong fluency in credit risk, underwriting, and repayment mechanics
• Exceptional execution ability, proactive and comfortable with progressing with imperfect data
• Experience designing or building APIs, particularly financial APIs, is a bonus
