Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Reputation & Trust.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic ownership of initiatives to enhance platform usability, safety, trust, and integrity
• Lead the strategy and execution for a new two-sided reputation framework across multiple releases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define feature requirements and deliver scalable systems

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in trust, safety, security, or integrity-focused areas
• Deep product leadership experience in two-sided marketplaces
• Track record of driving strategy for complex platform infrastructure
• Experience working with Data Science teams on algorithmic signals and performance metrics
• Ability to operate with high ambiguity and accountability
