Principal Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager, Outbound Product Management (Jira).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with strategic customers to instill confidence in products and drive adoption
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Engineering to deliver tailored solutions for customers
• Define and prioritize customer roadmaps, representing the Voice of the Customer to product teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the B2B SaaS space
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Experience in customer-facing roles with a track record of influencing product strategy
• Familiarity with Jira's primary markets and competitive landscape
• Ability to align teams to achieve objectives and engage effectively with customers
