Job Summary
A company is looking for a Product Operations Coordinator to support product and development teams in enhancing operational efficiency and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist product managers with issue tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication related to legacy products
- Support customer migrations by tracking progress, addressing issues, and maintaining documentation
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform product strategy and improve operational performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related role in SaaS
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on execution
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and data analysis tools like Looker and Google Sheets/Excel
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for product and operations teams
- Familiarity with software development processes and agile methodologies is a plus
