Principal R Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal R Programmer to join their clinical research team.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and transform raw clinical trial data for PK/PD analysis
• Write R or Rmarkdown code for descriptive and statistical analysis of PK/PD data
• Create graphs and tables to communicate PK/PD findings and ensure compliance with CDISC standards

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Stats, Computer Science, or a related field
• Seven (7)+ years of experience in a CRO or Pharmaceutical company
• Advanced R programming skills, including tidyverse and ggplot2; Python and/or SAS skills are a plus
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, ADaM) is required
• Experience with clinical PK/PD concepts and data visualization for stakeholders
