Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer responsible for supporting MDR services and managing security systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team by prioritizing client work requests and projects
• Enhance the MDR platform through custom Python automation and data integration
• Act as a point of escalation for other engineers, providing guidance and mentoring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in STEM, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related field
• Over 8 years of experience in the IT industry
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Go
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (SaltStack, Ansible, etc.)
• Familiarity with secure DevOps practices and various server-grade applications
