Principal Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Engineer (Provider).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions to enhance the provider experience in dementia care
• Lead technical discussions, set architectural principles, and mentor engineering teams
• Implement healthcare standards and ensure security practices to safeguard patient data

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in healthcare systems
• Proficiency in FHIR, HL7, X12, ADT, PACS, DICOM, and EHR/EMR systems
• Experience with Docker, Node.js/TypeScript, GraphQL, and cloud environments like GCP
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational databases
• Familiarity with compliance and health data privacy standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA is a plus
