Principal Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Technical Lead (Hybrid or Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a self-managed agile team through the full system development life cycle, developing technical solutions
• Act as a technical consultant to translate business requirements into quality technical solutions
• Recommend and design complex application architecture and IT solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 9+ years of related experience in software development
• Significant development experience in relevant programming languages
• Application architecture and development experience in applicable technologies
• Intermediate understanding of the insurance business; experience in Property Casualty or Specialty Insurance is a plus
