Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal UX Designer to join their Consumer team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UX design vision and strategy for Consumer and Retention, ensuring cohesion across customer touchpoints
• Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across multiple platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful designs while mentoring other designers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in design, particularly in digital product, brand, or marketing design
• Proven track record of leading high-impact design projects
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and accessibility standards
• Experience with scalable design systems and consumer-grade digital products
