Job Summary
A company is looking for a Coordinator - Prior Authorizations - Work From Home.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing, insurance verification, and authorization, as well as revenue cycle management and compliance
- Review and maintain compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements
- Monitor PA communications, process manual IVRs, and research communication errors for resolution
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Strong working knowledge of Windows-based applications
- Data entry skills with a minimum of 30-40 WPM
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
