A company is looking for a Process Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for Core Banking functions, merchant, and Biller management
- Undergo knowledge transfer and shadow support for the first three months, transitioning to primary support by the fourth month
- Handle critical issues outside of standard working hours to ensure continuity of support
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 7 years of experience in process and tech support, specifically in Core Banking, Merchant, and Billing systems
- Basic knowledge of Java and SQL is preferred
- No specific educational qualifications required
- Flexibility in handling issues outside of regular hours
- Experience with finance, payment processing, and adherence to SOPs and security standards
