A company is looking for a Process Manager to oversee assessment engagements and resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assessment portfolio, including status, timing, and resource identification
- Coordinate client interviews and develop project milestones with assessment leads
- Ensure quality of deliverables and maintain a library of assets for assessments
Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills
- At least three years of administrative support and process coordination experience
- Ability to understand contractual requirements and documentation
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and experience with PowerBI
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization
