Process Optimization Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Optimization Developer to design, develop, and support technical solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation and optimization solutions using various tools and programming languages
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• Continuously improve existing solutions by identifying opportunities for increased efficiency and performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience (minimum 4 years)
• 1+ years of development experience in a high-level programming language, preferably Python
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate or similar automation platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with front- and back-end data environments, APIs, and ETL/ELT processes
• Exposure to process improvement or business operations is beneficial
