Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimized future-state processes
- Define and track operational KPIs, utilizing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to drive measurable efficiency gains
- Recommend and implement technology solutions to automate processes and improve cross-team handoffs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
- 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
- Hands-on experience with shared services teams such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Skilled in process mapping tools and advanced data analysis/visualization software
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
