Process Optimization Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Process Optimization Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives across various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document current workflows, identifying inefficiencies and designing optimized future-state processes
• Define and track operational KPIs, utilizing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma to drive measurable efficiency gains
• Recommend and implement technology solutions to automate processes and improve cross-team handoffs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline
• 3-7 years of experience in process improvement, operations engineering, or business transformation
• Hands-on experience with shared services teams such as HR, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Skilled in process mapping tools and advanced data analysis/visualization software
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher preferred
