Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Salesforce Performance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the performance and scalability of Salesforce multitenant databases
• Monitor production workload performance trends and proactively address potential issues
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize Salesforce products and resolve performance issues

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as an Application Performance Engineer
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Performance Tuning
• Experience with SQL Trace, TKPROF, Statspack, and AWR reports
• Familiarity with Database Cluster/Multi-tenant/cloud Architecture (RAC, Grid Infrastructure)
• Experience in troubleshooting locking issues and developing solutions
