Data Center Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a DC Engineer Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and upgrade storage infrastructure devices including NetApp, Nimble, Nutanix, Rubrik, and Panzura
• Respond to Level 1 through 3 support tickets and collaborate with IT teams for timely support
• Manage IT projects from planning through to completion, while becoming a Subject Matter Expert on new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems on physical or virtual platforms
• Experience with VMWare (VDI), Hyper-V, and Nutanix Acropolis
• Experience supporting large Microsoft Windows file sharing and NAS implementations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with Change Control Management policies and implementation standards
