Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the technical sales process from introductory meetings through post-sales support
• Design solutions for customer needs using Cloudera technologies and demonstrate products effectively
• Advocate for customer needs to Product Management and Engineering while participating in external publicity

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in a pre-sales context
• Experience with Big Data, Data Warehousing, or Relational Databases
• Familiarity with one or more major cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Data Engineering, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Experience with Unix or Linux
