Key Responsibilities
- Plan and design business processes to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Utilize systems and data to resolve business issues and identify improvement opportunities
- Analyze and document business processes and metrics, and develop recommendations for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Strong procurement knowledge and ability to negotiate IT contracts
- Good financial acumen with skills in analyzing procurement data
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to train internal employees on business practices and processes
