A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support their procurement process and ensure compliance with financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including managing requests, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining purchase records
- Support contract negotiation and compliance to secure favorable terms while adhering to company policies
- Generate cost reports and collaborate with the FP&A team to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work effectively across teams and with vendors
