Procurement Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support their procurement process and ensure compliance with financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing the end-to-end procurement process, including managing requests, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining purchase records
• Support contract negotiation and compliance to secure favorable terms while adhering to company policies
• Generate cost reports and collaborate with the FP&A team to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain management, finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of professional experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proactive problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work effectively across teams and with vendors
