Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Order Management to oversee procurement and coordinate the Order Management department.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire a team of Order Management Specialists and Purchasing Agents
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders while managing month-end and quarter-end deadlines
- Act as a subject matter expert on order entry, serving as an escalation point for complex partner concerns
Required Qualifications
- Five (5) plus years of direct purchasing or order management experience
- Prior experience leading a team of three (3) or more staff
- Experience with ERP order management systems required
- Ability to work with a diverse team and influence change across functional boundaries
- Cultivated sense of urgency and ability to manage conflicting priorities in a high-pressure setting
