Job Summary
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist (Retainer - Home Based).
Key Responsibilities
- Implement transactional procurement and manage procurement processes
- Develop and execute procurement strategies and utilize digital tools
- Provide training and share knowledge related to procurement practices
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in procurement management, supply chain management, law, business administration, public administration, finance, economics, or a related field
- A bachelor's degree combined with four years of international procurement experience may be accepted in lieu of a master's degree
- At least two years of professional experience in international public procurement is required
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders in developing and developed countries
- Fluency in English and French is essential
