Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, delivering analysis that shapes AI and ML-driven agendas
• Lead business assessments to identify opportunities for automation and advanced analytics in healthcare billing
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients and operational initiatives, proposing data-driven solutions

Required Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in product and business analysis, business consulting, or strategic analytics roles
• Demonstrated success in driving analytics and technology-enabled change in healthcare
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Data Science and Machine Learning teams
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing workflows and provider-payer dynamics is preferable
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving startup environments with a focus on delivering business value through innovation
