Product Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Data Analyst to support key product initiatives across the third-party administrator (TPA) and Provider network solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support roadmap initiatives across Product neighborhoods focusing on TPA, Payor, and Provider products
• Centralize fragmented data and integrate external data sources into core datasets
• Analyze data to deliver actionable insights and support operational and strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in data analytics, preferably in product or healthcare environments
• Expertise in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), SQL, and data pipeline monitoring
• Experience with healthcare standards and data formats (e.g. 837, 270/271)
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be accepted
• 4+ years of experience with Big Data technologies including Databricks and Azure Data Factory
