Product Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Product Design to lead product design efforts within the Product Experience team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
• Define and drive design strategy in partnership with Product and Engineering leaders
• Own and evolve the design vision for products, ensuring visual excellence and usability

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in designing and shipping large-scale products across web and mobile
• Exceptional UI design skills with a strong eye for visual detail and interaction patterns
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
