Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff and Senior Product Designer for multiple roles across various teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact product experiences that empower clients in financial decision-making
• Collaborate with product, engineering, content, and research throughout the product development process
• Conduct research to understand client needs and inform design decisions while evolving the design system

Required Qualifications

• Experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications (React Native, native iOS/Android)
• Strong UX and visual design skills with a user-first mindset
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams to ship products
• For Senior Designers: Proven track record of delivering high-quality work end-to-end
• For Staff Designers: Experience leading initiatives and mentoring others in design quality and strategy
