Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer who will be responsible for end-to-end product development and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product roadmap based on user research, business objectives, and technical constraints
• Lead user research initiatives and create high-fidelity designs while maintaining design systems
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure designs are implementable and manage stakeholder requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of product strategy and execution
• Strong design portfolio showcasing complex B2B products and measurable impact
• Expert-level proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.)
• Technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering teams
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools like Linear or Jira
