Product Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Lead for Beauty and Pet Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends
• Conduct deep-dive market research to identify opportunities and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams for product development
• Run test launches and maintain product performance dashboards to track metrics and optimize products

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3+ years of experience in product development, preferably in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer industries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related fields
• Proven experience in bringing new products to market, ideally in DTC or e-commerce environments
• Proficient with market research tools such as Helium 10, Viral Launch, and Exploding Topics
• Experience working in a high-growth e-commerce environment is a plus
